Shipping & Delivery

At schiarirecapelli, we want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • UAE Orders:
    Orders placed Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day and typically delivered within 2 working days.
    Note: Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may require additional time.

  • International Orders (GCC, Middle East & Rest of World):
    International deliveries are shipped with DHL express. Delivery takes approximately 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to change the delivery address. By placing your order, you authorize us to arrange courier services on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

  • UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 300.

  • International: Free delivery on orders above AED 1,394 (or the equivalent in foreign currency, approximately USD 380)
    For orders below these thresholds, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Order Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Note: Multiple transactions may appear as separate charges on your bank statement.
schiarirecapelli does not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our full-priced, in-stock products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels must be intact and unworn.

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Click here and fill out our Return Request Form.

  2. Let us know why you wish to return the item.

  3. Once you receive return approval via email, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item back.


Return Shipping Fees

We offer free returns on eligible products.
For your convenience, we’ll also arrange courier pickup directly from your address.

If a return is rejected for not meeting our return criteria, the cost of re-shipping the item back to you will be your responsibility.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your card-issuing bank.

  • We will refund the original purchase amount excluding the cost of the return shipping label.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as schiarirecapelli store credit and shared with you via email.

Note:
Cash on Delivery fees, shipping costs, and handling fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Please follow the return process for the original item.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to your original purchase.

  3. You can then place a new order using your credit.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Shipping charges may apply when placing a new order if it does not meet the free shipping minimum.


Damaged Items

Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll assist you promptly.


Sale Items

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
